We have obtained brand new portal URLs (URL addresses) that you can now use. Portals are part of your login credentials and are the addresses that connect you to the servers. Sometimes, portals become oversaturated during PPV Events and others, which can cause minor service issues such as interruptions, buffering, freezing, and more.
Replacing your current portal with any of the new portals listed below will help improve your connection, which can enhance your Service Quality and overall experience. We highly recommend making this update at your earliest convenience.

We recommend using the Main Portal listed above and saving the other two as backups. The fewer users connected to a Portal URL, the better the performance of the service. All three of these portals are newer, which is great news for users who take the time to update their current portal to one of these. Using the 2nd Backup may be a Great idea for some that want to ensure a Low Saturated Server. For you Experienced Users, feel free to Test them all.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CURRENT PORTAL URL:

FOR IPTV SMARTERS PRO:
Settings >> Users >> Edit >> Replace the Portal URL you currently see for a New one above.
FOR IPTV SMARTERS PRO:
Settings >> Users >> Click your Playlist Name >> Edit >> Replace the Portal URL you currently see for a New one above.
FOR OTT NAVIGATOR APP:
Settings >> Providers >> Click your Playlist Name >> EDIT >> Change the URL ADDRESS Only to the any New Portal below.
